Agreement

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of this Agreement or your use of the Services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Caroline, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in North Carolina.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
